Statistical support and permitted use
The requested scope may include dataset preparation, statistical test selection, analysis, output interpretation or reporting guidance. Specify the software, research questions, variables and deliverables. Do not assume that a service includes additional analyses or unrestricted revisions unless agreed.
You remain responsible for research decisions and your institution’s rules. Do not request fabricated data, manipulated significance, false references or prohibited assessed work. Statistical support does not guarantee a grade, a significant finding or dissertation approval. Read our academic-integrity guidance.
Instructions, files and deadlines
Provide accurate instructions and files you are authorised to share. Remove participant identifiers. State your deadline and reporting requirements, and respond to clarification requests through your customer account.
The order form shows an estimated delivery based on the selected urgency. Confirm feasibility for complex or unusual requirements. Missing files, changed instructions or unresolved questions may require a revised scope or delivery agreement; communicate about these changes rather than assuming the original estimate still applies.
Price, spacing and payment
Review the itemised total and selected currency before submitting. Configured academic level, service type, deadline, page quantity and optional extras affect the price. One double-spaced page represents 275 words; one single-spaced page represents 550 words at twice the corresponding page rate. Extras have separate prices.
Creating an account or order is not proof of payment. Where PayPal is enabled, complete the separate checkout and keep your payment receipt. A Google sign-in also does not submit or pay for an order. Report a duplicate or incorrect charge with the relevant transaction reference.
Delivery, corrections and changes
Review delivered files against the agreed brief. Explain any suspected technical error with the relevant output, instructions and page or table reference. New datasets, hypotheses or supervisor requirements can change the scope and price; confirm any additional work first.
A revision or refund request in the dashboard records your request, not its approval or a completed payment reversal. See the refund policy for the review process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
